The BEST Goalkeeping Academy is designed to meet the needs and demands of modern day goalkeepers. Sessions are tailored to the ages and ability of participants. Players are taught in a learning environment which is both fun and challenging.
Program Overview
Week 1 - Ready Position/Scoop Technique/Cup Technique
Week 2 - 'W' Technique/Collapse Dive
Week 3 - Low Diving Save/High Diving Save
Week 4 - One v One/Dealing with Crosses
Players are grouped by age and ability with an average coach to player ratio of 1:10.
