Strength and Conditioning

The BEST Strength & Conditioning Sessions are designed to help our athletes improve their overall fitness.  The sessions will cover active warm ups, activation, speed development and quickness, plyometrics, core strengthening, and ACL injury prevention.  The exercises will be tailored to the ages and ability of participants.  

Strength & Conditioning Coach: Caitlin Pickul
Caitlin Pickul is the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at The College of the Holy Cross.  Prior to Holy Cross, Pickul was an Assistant Soccer Coach and Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning at Wellesley College for five years.  She holds her CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  She graduated from Providence College where she was a four year member of the Friar's Women's Soccer team as a goalie.
